Paying A Deposit you are agreeing to the following terms:
1. Superstar Party Entertainment will require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the holding of your booking (£49-£109) This will be subtracted from your final balance which will be payable to the entertainer on the day of the party
2. Once an online booking has been made a confirmation will be issued to your email address provided. Superstar Party Entertainment shall check the that all the details comply with the terms of booking. In the instance there is an issue with booking, Superstar Party Entertainment shall contact you to advise. Additional fess may need to be added (Eg travel fee, floor level
3. Should you wish to cancel your booking we are unable to offer a refund on your deposit. This is due to potentially turning other business away due to your reservation of date and time
4. In the case of bad weather (snow/ winds) we will always do our best to make sure we can attend your party. If our entertainer is unable to get to the venue, the chances are, the guests wouldn't be able to either. On this very rare occasion, we will offer to re-arranged the date and time of the party.
5 Superstar Party Entertainment will endeavour to amend bookings where possible, and your deposit can be put towards a new date for up to 12 months.
6. In the event your booking is cancelled by Superstar Party Entertainment , you will receive a full refund of your deposit
7. Superstar Party Entertainment operate a live diary system. Bookings can be made via the website XXXX
once the deposit has been paid that date and time is secured.
8. Should you make an enquiry via phone or email regarding availability there is no guarantee how long the date and time will remain open is due to the popular demand for parties. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received
